Membership Programs

Single membership
Unrestricted and unlimited play.
Initiation fee: $1,500.00, annual dues $ 2,700.00, or $225.oo a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or $100.00 a month for 15 consecutive months.

dual membership
unrestricted and unlimited play.
(two persons living within the same household).
Initiation fee: $1,500.00. annual dues $ 3,000.00, or $250.oo a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or $100.00 a month for 15 consecutive months.

Family membership
Unrestricted and unlimited play.
(all persons living in the same household)
Initiation fee: $1,500.00, annual dues $ 3.600.00, or $300.oo a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or $100.00 a month for 15 consecutive months.

Junior membership
Unrestricted and unlimited play.
( individual 39 and under)
Initiation fee: $500.00, annual dues $ 1,800.00, or $150.00 a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or, $125.00 per quarter.
Must upgrade to Regular membership Dues when Reaching the Age of 40, and pay Additional $1000.00 Initiation Fee Difference

Junior Family membership
Unrestricted and unlimited play.
(All persons living within the same household age 39 and under)
Initiation fee: $500.00, annual dues $ 2,400.00, or $200.oo a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or, $125.00 per quarter
Must upgrade to Regular membership Dues when Reaching the Age of 40, and pay Additional $1000.00 Initiation Fee Difference

Winter Texan seasonal
Restricted play
November thru march (minimum of 2 months)
Individual $250.00 a month or $350.00 a month for a couple.
Payable on the first of each month.
weekday membership
Restricted play Monday thru Thursday.
Initiation fee: $1,000.00, annual dues $ 1,800.00, or $150.oo a month.
Initiation fee can be paid in one payment, or, $250.00 per quarter.

Resident membership
Restricted to Conan golf club property owners.
Annual dues $3,000.00 or $250.00 a month.
No initiation fee, must activate immediately.
No dues the first year of property ownership.
Monthly dues are activated in the second year of ownership.

Corporate membership
Restricted play.
Monday thru Friday play.
Initiation fee: $1,000.00 annual dues $ 6,000.00 or $500.oo a month.
Corporation or business is allowed 4 rounds per day weekdays and weekends and holidays after 1:00pm.
Any Designated person or individuals can use the corporate rounds.
Initiation fee to be paid in one payment.

Affiliate Membership
Non golf privileges.
No Initiation Fee Annual dues $1000.00

Discount golf and golf shop.


Membership privileges
Unlimited golf selected memberships, upon availability.
Unlimited golf cart usage.
Unlimited use of the practice facilities.
The u.s.ga. handicap service.
Special guest fees for accompanied guest.
Invitations to all member functions.
4 guest greens pass for each year.
Monthly statements of your account and charges.
10 % golf shop merchandise discount.

30 day advance tee times.
